Returns & Withdrawal Policy

At Decor Home Lab, we want you to love every item you order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with our 30-day voluntary return policy below.

1. Return Window Customers within the European Union have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. This includes your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which we voluntarily extend to 30 days for your convenience.

2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, items must:

• be unused and in their original condition

• include all original packaging

• not show signs of use, damage, or wear caused by the customer

We reserve the right to refuse returns or deduct from the refund amount if items do not meet these conditions.

3. Return Shipping Costs Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exception: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@decorhomelab.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or a replacement at our expense.

4. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• personalized or custom-made products

• gift cards

• items marked as final sale

5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that the original shipping fees paid at the time of order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

6. Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) As an EU consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To simplify the process, Decor Home Lab applies the same conditions to our extended 30-day policy. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via a clear written statement sent to:
